Modify your Users Conference Registration

Already joining us in Richmond but want to extend your Conference experience? Not a problem! Our Registration platform, RegFox, allows attendees to go back and edit their registrations as many times as they’d like! Read on for instructions on how to update your registration:

  • Follow the link found in your confirmation email to create an account in the Account Center.

If you can’t find your confirmation email, navigate to the registration form and click the “Resend Confirmation” button in the top right-hand corner.

  • Once you’ve created an account, login to access your current registration details.
  • From this point you will be able to add, remove, and change details and items of your registration.
  • After you have made your desired changes hit Save.

After you make adjustments to your registration, you will have the choice to pay with a new credit card or use the one on file. Refunds however will only be applied to the credit card on file. If you selected to have your fees invoiced to you, you will see an invoice from our Accounting department shortly.
